Event Information
- 7th year in a row tournament has
been held. - Tournament held March 20th 2010,
11am - 2pm. - Tournament held on West Side of Falcon Lake. Signs posted off #1 highway to derby site. (View Map).
- Breakfast open at 8:00am at the Falcon Lake Hotel.
- Falcon Lake Bakery Bistro open at 7:00am.
- Fishing Licenses can be purchased at Falcon Beach Auto Service.
Conservation Pricing as follows:- Resident senior (Manitoban 65 and over): FREE
- Resident (Manitobans ages 16-64): $13.94
- Canadian resident (ages 16 and over): $22.77
- Non-resident (ages 16 and over): $32.59
- Anglers allowed to enter derby site at 9:00am.
- Buy two tickets, fish two holes!
- Portable shacks permitted.
- All fish will be weighed.
- All holes pre-drilled by derby officials with StrikeMaster augers, approximately 4 to 20 foot depth.
- All tickets issued along with a pail tag. Place tag on your pail to reserve your hole.
- Washrooms setup throughout derby site.
- Concession stands will be available on the ice!
- Please bring a container for your fish to bring them to the weigh
station alive. - Tent and picnic tables provided for seating area.
- We remind you to dress for the weather conditions. If it is slushy out, be sure to bring your rubber boots.
- Whiteshell community club will be holding a 50/50 draw, so be sure to bring change if interested.
- All prizes will be awarded at the Whiteshell Community Club at 3:00pm.
